Teaser Tuesday | June 4, 2013

teasertuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Newsflash, ladies: We can’t read your thoughts. And frankly, I’m not entirely sure I’d want to. The female mind is a scary place to be.

  1. Bahahahahahaha!! Sorry for laughing out load but hahahahah! It’s exactly what my boyfriend says to me all the time. I’m definitely reading this book now. Awesome teaser, by the way!

    • yeah, i’d probably freak out if they did but sometimes we get tired of spelling out everything for them that we wish they can read our thoughts, don’t you think? 😀

  2. Absolutely true – the “we can’t read your thoughts” part, that is… I actually learned that I truly have to say to my ex what I want to say because he really can’t read my thoughts and actions. 🙂

Thanks for hopping by my Teaser Tuesday post this week.

    • i also learned that through experience with my guy… sometimes i feel bad when i just assume he knows what i think all the time when he clearly doesn’t. I think this is one thing all women can relate to.
